When you reserve a kit or apply as a clinic or partner, we store your email address, country, and anything else you type into the form (name, organisation, expected volume, message), together with the time of submission and your browser language.
We count page views, button clicks and where visitors come from (referring site, campaign tags, country, mobile or desktop). We use no cookies and no third-party analytics. To count unique visitors per day we store a one-way hash of your IP address and browser, mixed with a secret key and the current date; the IP address itself is never stored and visits cannot be linked across days.
If you pay a deposit, payment is handled by Stripe, which receives your email and payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive confirmation of payment, never your card details.
Only to contact you about your reservation or application and to plan launch countries. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). We do not collect health or genetic data on this website.
Data is stored with Cloudflare, our hosting provider. We keep it until launch plus 12 months, or until you ask us to delete it. We do not sell or share it.
You can ask for access, correction or deletion at any time, and withdraw consent, by writing to hi@youngerdna.com. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
When testing starts, a separate notice will cover sample and result processing, including the laboratory that processes your sample.
