Pace of aging test

How fast are you aging right now?

Biological age is a snapshot of the past. Pace of aging is a speedometer: how many biological years you are adding per calendar year today. It is the number most likely to move when you change how you live.

What pace of aging means

A pace of 1.0 means one biological year per calendar year. Below 1.0 you are aging more slowly than average, above 1.0 faster. Pace-of-aging models were developed from long-term studies that followed the same people for decades, and are read from DNA methylation in a single blood sample.

Why retesting matters

Because pace reflects the present, it is the most useful number for checking whether a change worked. The Younger DNA annual plan includes two Age + Health tests six months apart and a comparison report showing what moved.
